Anchorage property values are over assessed, its this type of greed that gives home owners false equity, in there homes. Anchorage residents need to get organized and fight this problem together. contact your legislature and join a tax opposition group.Al Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12693794893949949267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10318115.post-77266086811034963262009-02-04T13:52:00.000-09:002009-02-04T13:52:00.000-09:00This comment has been removed by the author.Al Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12693794893949949267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10318115.post-66731585012666473472007-08-22T01:31:00.000-08:002007-08-22T01:31:00.000-08:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10318115.post-80602219083182911352007-07-23T14:36:00.000-08:002007-07-23T14:36:00.000-08:00I'm not quite as cynical, but I too found it inter...I'm not quite as cynical, but I too found it interesting that MLS removed the statistics from their site. The inventory numbers are ugly.

The logical conclusion is they want to be able to present/interpret the numbers as they release them. Opting for less transparency does not promote trust in my "real estate professional."

In any case, I'd be curious to hear an official comment on the missing stats pages, or maybe just an insiders comment from the blog host?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10318115.post-74157092490189642672007-05-19T10:05:00.000-08:002007-05-19T10:05:00.000-08:00why would anyone listen to a real estate agent abo...why would anyone listen to a real estate agent about how the market is doing? talk about a conflict of interest.

averages are a poor way to gain insight on what's really happening with home values.

the housing market in anchorage is overvalued from speculation and toxic loans and will die a slow death like in california. there are more homes for sale now than last year and i find it suspicious that the mls website took their statistics page off thier website. not that i believed it anyway.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
